It looks like PS3 Users are going to be getting some love from Activision/Infinity Ward. Late as usual (I won’t rant any more about it) of course – but it is still awesome! This weeks Call of Duty MW3 Updates will bring you a new map, update woes, and other updates that you’ll need to read to find out!
PS3 Players Get Terminal for MW3 in August
Of course the Xbox players have already been enjoying this. The MW2 port Terminal is going to be available to us PS3 players on August 16th for ELITE Premium players, and August 17th for NON-ELITE players! (Just hope I don’t have to go through and re-download ALL the DLC content yet again!!)

New DLC Content Brings More PS3 Player Woes
Where’d it Go?
The new Face Off maps were released – and I get a surge of traffic looking for answers as player’s DLC content vanishes yet again. For me the solution was having to re-download ALL of the DLC content in the Playstation 3 store YET AGAIN. I wish Sony/Activision/Infinity Ward (or anybody at this point) would get their crap together so I don’t have to keep doing this!
If your missing your maps – one person commented that you have to re-download just the Tokens and restart the PS3 to get it to work. But I had to re-download EVERYTHING again in order for them to show up. You can read my How to Download and Install MW3 DLC on PS3 and join the fun (and hopefully a solution) there. Otherwise you can always visit Activisions Support Page and hopefully they have a better answer!
And no… I’m not bitter. Just tired of wasting an hour every time there is an update!
Additional Content in August for PS3
If you look at the Content Calendar from the Call of Duty website you’ll see they posted the new maps I talked about here. We’ll be getting two new Multiplayer maps Decommission and and Offshore as well as one new Spec Op map Vertigo.
Black Ops II Starting To Announce Multiplayer!
Looks like Treyarch is going to allow you to get some Black Ops II Multiplayer in a little early! And probably make the official announcement at the same time!
Um When? How? Where?
You’ll have to be in San Antonio TX for Gamestop’s Game Expo 2012 of course. And you’ll need to shell out $35.00 for the honor.
The Gamestop Game Expo 2012 will have other games debuting there as well. But all I really care about is going to be Treyarch’s Black Ops II Multiplayer. This will determine if I’m going to re-up my ELITE Premium account, and shell out the $60.00 dollars for the pr-order so I can play Nuketown 2025.
And we will have to wait until August 29th. *sigh*
But it is nowhere near as cool as QuakeCon ;-p
