Well I have survived FIRE, Being eaten by bugs in Kansas, and having the site try and refuse to send emails. But what I haven’t been able to do is provide you folks Call of Duty MW3 Updates. I’m here to rectify that now! Read on to find out about what ELITE Premium member get in July and August. Remember non-ELITE players will get it around a month later! Matchmaking
- Added more telemetry for matchmaking
- Made some adjustments on region weighting
**It means they really still haven’t figured out how to do match making or not toss me into a lobby in South America 
Misc Bug Fixes
- Fix for Terminal Missing message incorrectly being displayed in Private Match
Along with patch 1.17, a hotfix has been released across all platforms.
Hot Fix (across all platforms)
Fixed an issue (introduced inadvertently Tuesday as part of a hot-fix hacker prevention measure) where only the first attachment would register on a player’s secondary in-game when using Overkill Pro
You will automatically be prompted to download the patch once you load Modern Warfare 3.
New Maps for PS3 ELITE Premium Players – 7/19/2012
Unfortunately no new MP Maps yet. But for you Face Off junkies your going to hit the mother load with 3 new maps this month. There will also be one Spec-Op map.

Requiring surgical precision by air, land, and sea, this new Special Ops mission tasks you with destroying a Russian battleship by planting beacons for an air strike. Take control of a recon helicopter to reveal the beacon locations before fighting off forces on the ground to ensure the ship never leaves port.

A New York bridge overpass provides the backdrop for this all-new “Face Off” map in which an ultra-condensed 2-block battle zone allows players to fight on the first and second floors of surrounding apartments and bombed-out bodegas.
PS3 Content for August
In August us MP junkies will get two new maps Decommission and Offshore. And one more new Spec-Op map Vertigo. The two new maps look pretty bad ass being some smaller sized than those huge ones like Liberation!

A graveyard of rotting [or add decommissioned here] ocean liners has not only given birth to a shantytown of locals, but a mid-sized Multiplayer Map populated in chokepoints; providing the perfect setting for shoreline-based combat.
Offshore

Trapped on an oil rig in the middle of the ocean, you have nowhere to go but directly at your enemies in this new Multiplayer map boasting helipads, cranes, and countless perches for snipers eager to pick off the competition. Did we mention to look down or else you may fall off?
Modern Warfare 2 Map for Modern Warfare 3?
Forgot to mention this. Saw this the other day and was almost jumping for joy. Xbox Players get this on 7/18 for free. PS3 Players? No word yet.
