Hi all, I hope that you all had a great weekend! As you know yesterday was Fathers Day. This one day a year where fathers are recognized and given homemade ashtrays or coffee mugs and cards. But since my lil’ guy is only 2 – I will have to look forward to them at a later date! So Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads out there!
I had an awesome weekend though! My wife graduated from college, we had a nice quiet weekend, I was able to hang out with my lil’ guy, and I even got in a little Call of Duty. But I had a great surprise from my wife this weekend too! You will need to read on to find out what it is though!
Broken Headset
The only downside has been that my old Turtle Beach PX21′s decided to fall apart on me. Literally speaking – the speaker just popped loose dangling by a very thin wire! So it’s been held together with some black duct tape so I can at least still use it. It most likely broke due to either A) I have a really big head, and/or B) my son probably threw it around more than a few times weakening the plastic.
Don’t get me wrong though – they are a fantastic cheap gaming headset for Consoles! And if you are like me playing First Person Shooters? You absolutely must have a gaming headset!

My Wife Is Awesome!
My wife purchased the PS3 Stereo Wireless Headset for me! So I’ll have to let you all know how it goes once I get them from NewEgg. There have been mixed reviews from around the internet but for 86 bucks to get a wireless solution that is decent will be quite nice!
